Level 0 (Beginners)
This level is for the beginners who do not yet know their alphabet, or who know less than 12 letters. Teachers in this level will focus on teaching the alphabet shapes for all the letters as well. Teachers will use creative ways to reach the level goals and different ways depending on the students age. Students must be able to recognize all the letters and the letters shapes, spell the letters correctly not in alphabetical order, and their first name.
This level is for the students who know their letters. In this level, we will work on short and long vowels, Sukoon, Shaddah, Tanween, taa Marbotah, alif Maqsorah, moon and sun al. Students in this level should read more frequently for small and big paragraphs. Also in this level, students must know how to read from the Quran without assistance.
